As between the parties, AIPHA exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to the AIPHA Services. Except for the express rights granted hereunder, AIPHA reserves all rights, title and interests in and to the AIPHA Site and AIPHA’s Services.

Any data that you upload to this service is your content. Your content remains yours. To perform cloud computing, you grant AIPHA the right to process and store your content in the Amazon Cloud on behalf of you. Your content will not be published or shared with any other party.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, AIPHA is owner to all Content and intellectual property rights on this website. AIPHA provides access to this content as long as you adhere to the Terms of Use.
6. Limitations of Liability
You understand that AIPHA cannot guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the Service will be free of viruses or other destructive code. It is your responsibility to implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy your safety requirements for anti-virus protection, for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining backups to prevent any loss of data.
AIPHA will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect you computer programs, computer equipment, data or other propriatery material due to the use of our Services, our Site or any website linked to it.
7. Site Access
AIPHA grants you permission to visit and use the Services for your information, personal and business use, subject to these Terms and your compliance with applicable law.
AIPHA may modify the Services from time to time, and you hereby agree that AIPHA can perform such updates without first asking for your approval. You may not make unauthorized modifications, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Applications.
8. Subscription
If you choose to purchase a Subscription, the term of your Subscription shall commence upon our confirmation of your payment of the Fees in accordance with the payment instructions on the Site, at which time you will be provided access to the Service. Your Subscription shall continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled, or as otherwise terminated or suspended in accordance with these Terms.
9. Fees
You will be responsible for paying all Fees and Taxes associated with your usage of AIPHA Services.
10. Cancelation
You can cancle anytime without notice. Services will be disabled imediatle and your cloud storage will be deleted. The contract ends at the end of the subscription-month.
11. Use of Cookies
The Site uses cookies to provide you services as user management and billing. These cookies may be used to collect information. With the Use of this Site you agree to the usage of Cookies.
12. Exclusion of Liabilities and Indemnification
The AIPHA Services are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall AIPHA be liable for any claim, damages or other liabilities, wether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the service.
13. Termination
We are not obligated to support the Services, and may at any time disable Services. AIPHA may suspend or terminate access to services to anyone for any reason at any time.
14. Disclosure
Subject to our Privacy Policy described in 4., AIPHA reserves the right to read, access, preserve, or disclose any information that is obtain in connection with Service or the Site in order to: (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request, (b) enforce these Terms, including to investigate potential violations hereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) maintain, support, enhance and improve our services, (e) respond to your support requests, and/or (f) protect the rights, property or safety of AIPHA, its users and/or the public.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the canton of Zurich and the applicable laws of Switzerland. By accessing this Site, you agree to submit to the courts of Zurich, Switzerland to any dispute, controversy or claim arising under, out of or relating to these Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms are found invalid or unenforceable, other provisions of these Terms are not affected and will remain in full.
